Directions:  Use 2x a day on clean, dry skin.  Can be applied to entire body including chest, arms, stomach, legs, feet and hands.  Avoid face and neck area.  Always wear a sunscreen.

Note: Always start with a patch test.  Start by using product 2x per week and build up slowly till reach recommended usage.   Do not exceed recommended usage.
